IP Cameras
Just like the IP phones on your desk, your network can also handle adding IP cameras. One of the many benefits for IP cameras is that you don’t need a dedicated separate electrical connection. Similar to your IP phone, the IP camera can use the power supplied through the ethernet cable to power the camera. Being connected to the network also makes it easy to offer remote access and other features to ensure reliable monitoring.

HD-TVI Cameras
If you have existing coaxial cable from older video cameras, especially RG59 cabling, you can still utilize that coaxial cable without replacing it. The HD-TVI cameras offer superior visual quality, up to 1080p video resolution, while offering a low price to purchase and install. Pairing with a quality DVR system provides flexibility and security in a nice package that won’t break the bank and help you keep monitoring.

HD DVR Recorders, Hybrid DVR Recorders & NVR Recorders
Accelerated Technologies offers expertise in installation and service.
A digital video recorder (DVR) that in addition to capturing digital video input, it can handle signals from analog cameras and convert them to digital. Used in an IP surveillance system, the hybrid DVR can be a stand-alone device or a plug-in card for a PC.
Both NVR and DVRs are responsible for video recording. NVR stands for Network Video Recorder. The difference between NVR and DVR is how they process video data. An NVR system encodes and processes the video data at the camera, then streams it to the NVR recorder. DVR systems process the video data at the recorder. Both are used for storage and remote viewing. Because DVRs and NVRs handle the video data differently, they require different types of cameras. Your Accelerated Technologies expert can assist you with your decision.
